We offer guided tours of Tudor England of 3, 5, 7 or 14 days duration throughout the main tourist season. During the off-peak season we will happily tailor tours to your own requirements. Our prices are fully inclusive of all admission fees plus dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation. Download the itineraries for full details. Why not join us for our Shakespearean heritage short break? Each tour commences on the 4th Saturday of each of the summer months. These tours will make history come to life for you on this walk through time. Meet its despotic rulers who thought little of removing the heads of any who dared to question. Discover the Tudor innovations that have shaped the England of today. We guarantee you an experience that you will never forget. |

You will visit sites known to Henry VIII and his family, such as the remains of the atmospheric and often missed Jewel Tower in the heart of London. Relive the Tower of London's grisly past, the scene of many executions during this period. See the Bloody Tower where the spirit of Queen Anne Boleyn is believed to still roam. |

Witness 500 years of history at Hampton Court Palace, the magnificent home built by Cardinal Wolsey and later given to Henry VIII. This was the epitome of Tudor architecture and boasts a Tudor Tennis Court, Orangery and maze set in the Palace's formal gardens. We will also visit Windsor Castle, where the Tudor youngsters spent much of their time. |
|
We will stand on the site of Fotheringhay Castle, where Mary Queen of Scots spent the last years of her life in captivity and finally met her end. As we progress throughout the tour you will relive the Tudor experience and have the opportunity to sample the delights of period food, served at a Tudor water mill. |

You will see many of the beautiful Tudor towns and villages for which England is renowned. Walk in the footsteps of William Shakespeare and his wife Anne Hathaway at Stratford on Avon. During our time in Oxford you will discover its Tudor past and gain an insight into Henry VIII's contribution to education. |
Most overnight stops will be in Tudor accommodation where you will be able to luxuriate in four poster beds; and maybe even experience a Tudor ghost from the past!
Our last day will be spent in London where we will visit the reconstructed Globe theatre. For the theatrically minded, you can even attend a performance of a Shakespearian play (for an additional fee) as it was originally intended to be seen.
